Through contact inspections, MMC Solutions LLC inspectors will make up to three attempts on behalf of mortgage servicers and lenders to provide contact information to delinquent borrowers. Multiple attempts generally occur 24 hours apart and at different times of the day to increase the likelihood of successful contact.

Attempts to contact the mortgagor are made during a visual exterior inspection to determine occupancy status, in accordance with investor/insurer guidelines and/or client instructions. No interior access is attempted during these visits.

The inspector will leave a door hanger containing the client’s contact information to encourage the mortgagor to contact the client. Rush services are available on a 24-, 48-, or 72-hour basis.
